Work Moment

(This a year ago or so..maybe more)

SET UP:guy gets picked up by paramedics, is drunk and loud.

ME: Sir you need to quiet down

GUY: FUCK YOU, I'LL KILL YOU

ME: yea i know you will..but there are other people here, you can't cuss around the kids

GUY: ALL I CARE ABOUT IS THE BITCHES I FUCK AND THE DOPE I SMOKE

i couldn't help but LOL, the patient decided he would rather be drunk on the street than be drunk in the ER so he left...a few min after he walked outside he was arrested and beat by a few of San Bernardino finest, then taken to jail

kind of stressful day, but got through it...it SHOULD be my friday butt i have to do some lame 8 hour trianing tomorrow...ugh no fun...but tomorrow night will be nice, get to spend time with my baby:)
sitting next to heather while she is doing homework, have a cute lil dog on my lap...life is good, there are ups and downs but i love my life and would not trade it for anything...
i was thinking today that i wanted t start lifting weights again, but decided agasint it, decided to run more, start biking and trying to learn to swim?. i think endurance trumps strength..i want to have an awesome gas tank :)
maybe i will get a kettlebell and do a workout with that...or a dumbell or something..

thoguht bjj was 10am...but it was 11am...so missed it either way
ate good all day :) thank you wife
starting tomorrow more jiu jitsu...i'm excited to train a lot more
also more runningg, going to MAKE time for runningg and hopefully being active with my wife

got stuck in traffic, so no training...bummed...hitting the gym tomorrow

peanut butter sandwich for breakfast...then for dinner 2 bowls of steak stew..home made...it was amazin
