some notes

today i was 202 after breakfast..would like to be sub 195 by mid febuary..dont really have an tounmants in mind right now...maybe Mundials in June? but that is about it. i just want to keep getting better, working hard in practice and eating right.
 
today is friday, no points counting on friday, one cheat meal but i try not to go bat shit crazy with my eating...i did last friday if i remeber correctly, but not this week.
 
i want to make a couple trips in the near future...Glendale, San Diego, Laguna, SLO, Los Angeles...i want to train with as many people as possible..keep getting better
 
just want to work on all aspects of jiu jitsu and life..:)
 
waiting for wifey to get home so we can start our day off togheter :)

DIET
crappy with some good stuff..ran out of fruit..so need to get some more..eating more meat that i would like to admit lol
 
EXERCISE
went to 2 classes this week, killer. the drilling is harder(advaced techniques) and the guys are really tough. got some good rolling in tho, trying to learn as much as possible.
 
COMMENTS
work is going pretty good, silliness last night with one of my co workers getting into a fist fight with some homeless guy..i wonder who would of won? today is my friday, i'm ready for a nice relaxing weekend..and lots of jiu jitsu..

what i'm thinking right now

i always miss my grandpa..but certain times i miss him more than usual...last night while watching UFC fight for the troops, when pat barry gave his post fight speech, it was one of the times where i missed him more than usual.

my grandpa enjoyed...nascar, football and combat sports...its to late for football and nascar but i'm going to spend the rest of my life dedicated to combat sports...he also loved his family, which is my #1 thing..to take care of my family..i have an awesome wife, she is the reason i work so hard, she is my motivation she is my princess, my everything...i'm so lucky to have her, my mom, my grandma and all of my extended family on heather's side

any way back to things i'm thinking..i don't give a shit about anything else other than:

A) family
B) fighting

so these 2 things i dedicate my life to...i'm ready to GO!!!!!

i dont care if i die as long as i know that i gave my life 100% towards those 2 above things..i will be happy

DAY 16

DIET
green smoothie, left over duck, egg(x2), waffle(x2),  hot coco (x2) ,green smoothie
 
EXERCISE
2 miles/12min mile...gettin better...slept through alarm for jiujitsu

good day tdoay relaxing with wifey till she went to work, then had some home cookin at my grandmas.. then went for a 2 mile run.  also watched the UFC Fight For The Troops.  2 alarms set for tomorrow morning jiujitsu...start the week right :)
