DAY 10

DIET
cheat day...burger, burrito, nachos, cupcake...think that covers pretty much all the junk food food groups lol
 
COMMENTS
relaxed with wife most of yesterday, slept in and finished the day/night at a dueling piano bar..if you have never been it was pretty fun..good music, lots of dirty humor.
it was a good day :)
 

Day 8

DIET
under my points today pretty sure..good diet day overall :D  i was going to track my points up to be exact but wife got home, and some things are more important than your diet/calories/points

have lost 8lbs since the 1st..wife is doing good also..we are tackeling 2011 lol  going to BJJ tomorrow...can't wait.  also tomorrow is my friday..it has been a long hectic week and i'm ready for some down time with my wife.
 
 

Day 7

DIET
fruit smoothie,  PB sandwich, hot cheetos, string cheese, crackers/cheese
 
EXERCISE
i promise i will exercise again soon lol...wife starts school next week and it will allow me a few hours a day to get fit..and hopefully her and I can get to the gym also

for some reason i ate alot after work..think i might of went over my points for the day...but this would be the first since i started so i think it is ok. 
i am so happy right now..i have an awesome wife, 2 cute dogs...a job i dont hate...working hard toward my goals...life is so good right now

Day 6

DIET
another bday lunch..had teraki chicken..half a serving of cheese bread/mashed potatoes...i think i had about 20pts today? i wrote it down at work but forgot it :(

today was a good day, work went well...SUPER busy but everyone was pretty polite about it.  tomorrow going to train in upland...i am seeing jiu jitsu in a diffirent way now thanks to the article i read with Roger Gracie...i want my jiu jitsu to be great but i am worried less about wins and losses..i just want to be better than i was the day before..i want to find inner peace with jiu jitsu and life..i think i am going to become a monk lol

Day 5

DIET
stayed under my points..had SmartOnes baked ziti for dinner..very good

tomorrow going to go out for heathers grandmas bday...keepin it clean...
going to try for jiu jitsu 3x this week...gotta start training serious again...read a really good Roger Gracie interview made allot of sence..it will help my training
