first day of week...hungry all day...feeling good tho...good green shake...
tomorrow going to go out for heathers grandmas bday...keepin it clean...
going to try for jiu jitsu 3x this week...gotta start training serious again...read a really good Roger Gracie interview made allot of sence..it will help my training
