UPDATE

sorry for the lack of posting here is a run down of the last few days:
 
DIET
crappy with some good stuff..ran out of fruit..so need to get some more..eating more meat that i would like to admit lol
 
EXERCISE
went to 2 classes this week, killer. the drilling is harder(advaced techniques) and the guys are really tough. got some good rolling in tho, trying to learn as much as possible.
 
COMMENTS
work is going pretty good, silliness last night with one of my co workers getting into a fist fight with some homeless guy..i wonder who would of won? today is my friday, i'm ready for a nice relaxing weekend..and lots of jiu jitsu..
